Peter Cutler, owner and Chef, has
spent all his working life in catering, mainly at 'Sway Manor'-formerly 'The White Rose', before taking over
the Old Farmhouse at Burley.
Peter
takes pride in only using the best fresh ingredients and providing freshly baked bread, cakes and scones to tempt the tastebuds
of local friends and returning visitors.
Latest News Jan 2010 - We had shut for a few weeks to re-decorate throughout the
building. Now re-open we are very proud of the sparkling result. Thanks to all the staff especially Dan who made
it in through the snow to do a great job.
Our bird watching walk followed by lunch on Feb 6th was very successful.
